Hi All,

I am writing this email as a testimonial to the services that were provided during my Spanish Student visa application process by Miss Abraham who is not only good at the job she does but also an exceptionally good human being in general. During the initial stages i.e. when I contacted her to ask for her help, I was very clear about how I had no idea about what was to be done and when it was to be done and how it was to be done but that didn't mean that Miss Abraham would grow impatient when she had to explain the simple thing to me for multiple times, instead she was patient about it and explained the whole process to me calmly and one step at a time. Another thing I would really like to appreciate is her trust towards me, during the visa process I needed to send a few of my documents for apostille and also buy medical insurance which was something she took full responsibility for and she secured a vendor and made it all happen but she was very adamant on the fact the I should pay for it all once I receive the items on my hand which is something I really appreciated that the fact that she trusted me enough for that because it's easy to get cheated when you work with your clients virtually rather than seeing them face to face on a daily basis and in this scenario with such a high risk involved she still chose to show good faith on her behalf which is something I really appreciated and it also inspired me to do the same in my future endeavors. I would also like to talk about how she prepared me for the questions that were asked at the Embassy which were almost exactly the same that I was prepared for and also how she helped me with setting an appointment at the embassy and preparing all the documents in a thorough manner so that I don't have to go back to the embassy for resubmission again. Lastly, I would like to appreciate her support throughout the whole process which was of an exceptional standard, she knew how I was always busy with my job and mostly forgot about the visa application steps so she was the one who kept tabs on my behalf and called me when something was needed to be done apart from that the mental support was really important too, with her being supportive during the days after the submission of the visa application and until the call back from the embassy, where she would call and ask if I had received an email from the embassy yet and always end up reassuring me that my application was strong and I would receive my visa which just a matter of time. For the Exceptional Service of Miss Abraham, I will forever be thankful. I hope and pray that we have the opportunity to meet in person someday.
